Mostly people seem busy or we can listen them talking about meditation. First let describe meditation a bit; meditation is a condition that human leave all things behind and focus on what is going around by the power of thought in a silent place.
In my perspective a person who manages time for this task can achieve the life goal. Because a meditator can imagine what will going on before its happening.

Meditation lets us motivated accomplish our goals. We keep behind it and move forward because of only one reason and that is fear. Fear may not be of doing that but fear of losing that with our limited thoughts whether we succeed or not.
These all things happen in our limited thoughts that we can’t think out of the box. But meditation forces us to move our thought and break the wall of those boxes which limit of our thought.
